michaelbully Very interesting album.The publicity describes it as' microtonal and minimal ambient art sound'. Indeed, very understated, with the hauntology device of evoking an urban landscape where machines start to create their own soundscape without being programmed. Certainly worth a listen, simply for being quite unusual even by the experimental standards of Ambient artists. Favorite track: Circles Effecting Circles - Part 2.

My interest is in perception of distant places where there is no first hand human experience, making the external so remote and unobtainable it can only be imagined, and is therefore internalised ….The world within.

In that respect, I’m using sound to get myself closer to places I cannot physically travel to while oscillating between the intimate and the vast.
